If you’re recently scheduled your first appointment here, there is some information we’d like to share with you beforehand so that you can walk in feeling well-informed and confident about what’s to come. Your First Visit
Upon arriving in-person for the initial appointment, patients can expect to be warmly greeted by our front desk and invited back immediately to the treatment chair by the hygienist. We’ll want to know if you’re interested in free whitening trays right away – if so, those impressions will be captured, followed by X-rays and a thorough, gentle cleaning.
Then, Dr. Stapleton will arrive to sit down with you and discuss your reasons for visiting, as well as any specific concerns you’re facing. He’ll perform an examination and clearly explain any treatment recommendations he has before reviewing the instructions for your brand-new whitening trays. Our goal is to leave you with a concrete plan in place for any needed future care, as well as a strong sense of satisfaction with the quality of your experience.

Navigating the benefits and limitations of dental insurance can seem like an intimidating experience at first, but our MDRN team members help make it a breeze! We accept most PPO insurances and will file claims on your behalf, following up promptly with providers in order to ensure that deserved benefits are maximized. We will also provide comprehensive pre-treatment estimates of what we expect your specific plan to cover before any procedures are scheduled for full transparency.
