HOW LONG DOES MY MDRN DENTAL MEMBERSHIP PLAN LAST?
The MDRN Dental Membership plan is a 12-month agreement that begins on the day you sign up. This agreement auto-renews each year, unless cancelled in writing.
WHEN CAN I START USING THE BENEFITS OF THE MEMBERSHIP PLAN?
Immediately! Once you enroll, your benefits are immediately active. There are no waiting periods!
ARE THERE CHILD OR FAMILY PLANS AVAILABLE?
In an effort to keep it simple, the MDRN Dental Membership plan offers an individual membership plan that is for all ages. If you are paying monthly, we do waive the activation fees for additional family members if you sign up together!
CAN I ADD FAMILY MEMBERS TO MY MDRN DENTAL MEMBERSHIP PLAN?
Absolutely! If you are on a monthly membership plan, we even waive the $99 activation fee!
WHAT TREATMENT DOES THE 10% DISCOUNT APPLY TO?
The 10% discount will be applied to all procedures excluding Invisalign. There are no downgrades or uncovered procedures like traditional insurance!
WILL THE MDRN DENTAL MEMBERSHIP PLAN COVER MY DEEP CLEANING?
Under the membership, 2 regular cleanings are included per year. Deep cleanings are considered treatment procedures and will be 10% off. You would still get 2 cleanings after that.
IF I CANCEL, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
Refunds do not apply for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments. Should the MDRN Dental Membership plan be canceled before the initial 12 months, all fees on already completed treatments backdate to standard prices, and the difference will be due.
